Policies

• Coral and Sea-Fans can only be shipped inside the United States. No international shipping.
• Due to their fragile nature and the care that goes into packing them for shipping, I do not accept returns on these items. Everything else can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item.
• Buyer pays for the return shipping.
• Please allow three to five days for your items to ship unless you choose an expedited shipping service, then allow one to two days for your items to ship.
• Please understand that due to the fragile nature of these items, they can’t just be tossed into a box and kicked from here to there. I put great care into packing, so I’m buying quality boxes, bubble wrap, etc.

Coral especially requires an extra level of care to pack. This means coral is shipped individually in oversized boxes with lots of bubble wrap. Multiple pieces of coral cannot ship in the same box. Shipping supplies, like everything else, are pretty expensive, so a handling charge will be applied to the amount, depending on the item purchased. Again, I’m not that big corporation named after a region of Brazil.

California residents must pay sales tax because I have to pay the sales tax.
